In this guide, we rank all of the characters and Arks from the must-haves of S tier, to the avoid-at-all-costs of D tier. That way, you’ll always have the best team.
Last Cloudia is an idle gacha RPG available right now on PC and mobile. It’s got much that you’d expect for the genre – a ton of pixel art characters to collect, a wide-open fantasy world to explore, and plenty of combat to participate in. It’s even got a star-studded cast of Japanese voice actors that you may recognise. Where it differs though, is in the character building. Last Cloudia lets you train your favourite characters to have the stats that you want, which opens up a ton of possibilities.

Tiers Explained
Before we move onto the tier list though, we thought we’d quickly explain what our tiers mean:
- S Tier:These are the best characters currently available in the game, and you should definitely aim to add them to your party. They should also be the first choice to level up and gain access to equipment.
- A Tier:These characters are perfect for filling gaps in a party – particularly when you haven’t unlocked enough S tiers, or there aren’t enough S tiers to fill a party in the first place. You should investigate these characters and see which one will counter your party’s weakness.
- B Tier:Characters in this tier can really help during the early phases of the game, when you haven’t unlocked many characters, but they fade later on. Definitely use them when you lack S and A characters, but swap them out as much as possible.
- C Tier:The only real difference between C and D tier is that C tier characters can occasionally have niche uses. They may be great at a particular game mode, or be exceptionally powerful early on. A late-game party shouldn’t have any though.
- D Tier:We don’t recommend using these characters under any circumstance, unless you absolutely have to because you have nothing else. They underperform at all stages of the game, and in all game modes.

How do I Perform a Last Cloudia Reroll?
Performing a Last Cloudia reroll is pretty simple. Just follow these steps to get started:
- Download Last Cloudia
- Don’t login when you first boot up the game
- Play until you can perform your first 10x pull
- If you don’t get the character you want, uninstall the game and reinstall
- Repeat these steps
Another solid option is to use an emulator like BlueStacks. These allow you to simulate numerous different versions of the game at once, allowing you to perform loads of rerolls.

Running An Emulator on PC
Head into Settings, choose Load Content, and select the console game folder to add your titles. Once the process is complete, you'll want to check to make sure each game shows up in the list. Now every time you load into the app's main menu, you can see your games as well as their cover art.
Some emulators have a folder set as the default for games, so make sure the ROM file goes in that folder. If there is no folder automatically set, you will have to set one yourself. Most Emulators have a ( File>Open ROM ) option, so do that, and a box will appear to select your game file.
